When you first open the Nice Mind application, you will be met with the home screen / dashboard. From there you can click on the menu button on the top left to open and close the side bar

This is the side bar, it will assist you in navigating. One you have accessed the side bar you are given 5 tabs to choose from.

This is the dashboard. It shows you all general information. e.g. Medication taken, Breaks taken, your water intake throughout the day, your progress for that specific day and any upcoming reminders.

This is the medications page. The medications pages allows you to keep track of your medication. you can input the name of the medicine you are taking, the dosage and what time you need to take it. scheduled medicine will be shown below.

This is the breaks tab, it allows for you to schedule breaks while working by setting how often the breaks will occur and how long the breaks will last. Scheduled breaks will be shown below.

This is the water page. at the top you have a daily goal meter. the daily goal is the recommended amount of water someone should take daily. below, you have the quick add feature. It allows you to select the amount of you have drank, as well as showing you the equivalent of the amount. but if your water intake doesnt match any of the above option you can also add your custom amount. there is a daily log that shows you every time of the day that you have logged in your water intake.

This is the settings page. Here you can enable and disable water reminders and break reminders to occur every set amount of time. please note that you are supposed to do this at the beginning of each day.

At the bottom left corner there is a button that allows you to toggle dark mode whenever you want, dark mode applies to the the whole app.
